ion wind propulsion i wouldent call that antigravity , maybe a poormans antigravity with a thrust so small and a week balsa wood construction the only use for ion wind propulsion would be for sattelites, and it would be such a slow thrusting thing , it wouldent make warp 2

This tastes like pseudoscience.
Because volts don’t matter, its the current the amps that will fry wires. Van De Graph(think thats how its spelled) produce half a million volts but don’t kill people because they have less that 1/50 of an amp.

Is there a circuit somewhere, why don’t the wire burn up with 20,000 volts applied. Or we have a one loop ac coil. The Earth should repel any high voltage ac craft due to the one way travel of the faster charges toward the Earth thus picking up the positive charge accumulation on the foil that happens in an ac direction.

If you do a smoke test of the lifter with the plate positive you should see the air flowing upward because the positive electrode always has a larger glow discharge(see maxwells treatise on EM). The positive ions should flow upwards towards the negative wire. Furthermore you should require more voltage to initiate lift when the wire is negative and the plate is positive because the ion wind is working against the gravity well phenomenon. i did a quick search on the people you mentioned they seem to be unremarkable ,but i will put that aside and do more research on what they are all about . you can have a education and still not be intelligent.

The science from 1929 helped us build Atomic weaponry which ended World War 2 rather decicively, and the science from 1956 was sufficient to get us to the moon and the planets. And I would read SUBQUANTUM KINETICS (1994,2003), and SECRETS OF ANTIGRAVITY PROPULSION (2008) by Paul A La Violette, if you want some newer books. I first saw Dr. LaViolette speak on ELECTROGRAVITICS in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in 1990.
you don’t understand you are going to be stuck building balsa wood fliers if you don’t try to push the envelop using some old books from 56 and 29 which most likely are wrong isn’t going to advance your theory and don’t tell me to read some book that doesn’t have the proper science to back it up

THose measurements of air movement have already been done. does this require the atmosphere or the Earth’s magnetic field or something that is only occuring on the Earth to lift, or can it be used in places with little or no atmosphere like mars or the moon? I’d love to learn more about this and try making one for myself.
measurement of how much air is moved by the beamship VIII will settle this disagreement but that will be hard to do getting accurate telemetry will go a long way to advance the science and maybe find something you have missed using someones elses research to explain how your BS VIII flies just wont do
sorry i still think you are wrong ..I’m not saying that manipulating gravity is impossible although physics cant explain it yet . explain gravity then you will probably know why the universe is here instead of nothingness
There is ion wind. But ion-wind is a force insufficient by three orders of magnitude to lift even a 5-gram model, according to FORCE ON AN ASYMMETRIC CAPACITOR, by the US Army Research lab, Adelphi, MD, in 2000. And my Beamships weigh ten times as much than 5-grams, like my 6-foot diameter Beamship Variation III, which weighs 47-grams, and is weightless and inertialess at less than 50-watts, leaps to the ceiling on 60- Watts. Ion wind cannot achieve high-performance like this.
